Tuesday, 16 June 2026

The General Assembly marks an important moment of transition for the network. Up to nine Board seats will be open for election, including the roles of Co-Presidents, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Members are encouraged to consider standing for election in support of diversity, balance, and continuity within EDN. If you are interested in submitting a candidacy, please contact the Board or the Coordination Team.

The General Assembly can be attended online, however voting will only be possible for members attending in Hamburg.

Think-in

Wednesday, 17 June 2026

Following the General Assembly, the programme flows directly into a Think-in set within a vibrant, week-long international dance context.

Imagined as an open and collaborative space, the Think-in will focus on young audiences and professionals, exploring questions of participation, programming, aesthetics, and structural transformation.

Together, we will reflect on demographic shifts, increasing pressures on cultural infrastructures, and how these realities are reshaping our work.

The outcomes of these conversations will feed directly into EDN’s advocacy and research, helping to inform the network’s next steps.
