Carte Blanche for Artists
30 August - 1 September 2021

EDN announces Carte Blanche for Artists, hosted by Maison de la Danse, Lyon (France) in the framework of Cellule d´Essai.

EDN members’ associated artists are invited to join the artistic research session Cellule d’Essai, at Maison de la Danse in Lyon, France.

Cellule d'Essai is an initiative from Lyon-based choreographers Lola Maury & Benjamin Coyle. It proposes a relaxed frame for artists & choreographers to come together and exchange their artistic practices in a non-hierarchical way. It is not production-focused and is seen as a window to consider the nature of our work and processes. The three days will belong to the group, deciding on directions, interests to follow and ways to work together. We will welcome verbal exchange, body practices and performativity in order to raise questions, reinvent together, create frictions and stay in close contact with the development of current dance practices.

More detailed description, practical information and registration form are available here.
