tanzhaus nrw (Germany)

tanzhaus nrw invited several choreographic perspectives on techno and rave culture that negotiate techno as well as his various sub-genres and dance practices. Join the Rave Choreographies Festival between 3 and 26 February 2023. More information here.

KLAP Maison pour la danse (France)

KLAP Maison pour la danse announces Festival + DE GENRES with twelve events, including creations, shows, performances, exhibitions or readings. The festival will take place from 16 to 25 March 2023. More information here.

Dance Limerick (Ireland)

What Next Dance Festival, organised by the EDN member Dance Limerick, will take place from 8 to 11 February 2023 in Limerick, Ireland. More information is available here.

K3 | Tanzplan Hamburg (Germany)

The residency at K3 | Tanzplan Hamburg is a unique opportunity for young artists from all over the world to focus on their research and the development of new pieces for eight full months. During the TanzHochDrei festival from 15-19 March, the world premieres of new choreographies by the Syrian-German performance and video artist Enad Marouf, the Samoan stage, design and dance artist Aloali'i Tapu from New Zealand and the choreographer and performer Eng Kai Er from Singapore will come to the stages of Kampnagel. Le Gymnase CDCN (France)

Held every March in the Hauts-de-France region in 20 to 30 cities, Le Grand Bain festival offers an immersion into the realm of choreography, both large and more intimate. The 2023 edition of the festival will take place from 7 to 31 March 2023. More information here.

Moving Futures Festival 2023 (Netherlands)

Festival Moving Futures 2023 will take place in nine Dutch cities from 25 March to 3 June 2023 with the newest generation of makers in all its manifestations. The festival is co-organised by EDN members ICK Artist Space, DansBrabant, Dansateliers and Korzo, together with Grand Theatre Groningen and De Nieuwe Oost. More information available here.

la briqueterie CDCN Val-de-Marne (France)

The 22nd edition of the Val-de-Marne Dance Biennale introduces 49 performances, 20 artistic projects, 25 theaters and partner cities, more than 60 artistic, professional and cultural action meetings. The festival will take place from 9 March to 6 April 2023. More information here.

Dance Ireland (Ireland)

Human Collective, in partnership with EDN member Dance Ireland, present the Dance2Connect International Lab and the Open Call 2023. D2C LAB aims to provide a space for the intersection of street and contemporary dance styles to spark ideas and create new performance work. Dance House Lemesos (Cyprus)

Dance House Lemesos announces the call for Moving the New artist residency programme. The programme is open to artists or groups of artists from Cyprus or abroad, active in the field of choreography, performance or physical theatre. More information (deadline 15 February 2023) is available here.

Mercat de les Flors (Spain)

EDN member Mercat de les Flors will dedicate part of its programme to Lucinda Childs by presenting three of her works, together with an extended programme of other activities, such as the exhibition "Lucinda Childs, nothing personal 1963-1981", the screening of the film 'Lucinda Childs", the public presentation of the reinterpretation of the piece by Childs Calico Mingling. There will also be several talks before and after the events and a collaboration with the Filmoteca de Catalunya. More information here.
