The season continues at Lavanderia a Vapore, with their Wishing Machine cycle set to awaken the stranger in us and revive the plurality of our own identities that can lead us to form unpredictable communities.

Spring Rolls Festival proposes an intriguing programme of talks, workshops, performances and interventions in public space to celebrate springtime and International Dance Day, established by the UNESCO International Dance Council.

Over 100 people are going to take over public space with a collective performance developed by the choreographer Quim Bigas Bassart in collaboration with Nest, the network of four Piedmont dance companies, engaging several local dance schools and communities around Lavanderia a Vapore.

Spring Rolls will wrap up with Village People (format by Ásrún Magnúsdóttir), a collective party with music, dance and food in the neighbourhood “Villaggio Dora” in Collegno, where citizens decide to open their houses and their own private spaces to others.
