EDN – European Dance Development Network is looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead the transition from EDN’s current website to a newly designed WordPress platform delivered by an external agency. This freelance role will steer a multi-stakeholder project, ensuring a structured, efficient, and timely migration with link integrity preserved and a robust archive of all content (published and unpublished).
EDN is a Europe-based cultural network connecting dance development organisations and professionals across Europe. We work with our members to strengthen contemporary dance through exchange, visibility, knowledge-sharing, and advocacy.
Main focus of the assignment
This is a hands-on, project-based role focused on managing workflows, coordinating contributors, and overseeing the website transition process from planning to implementation. You will coordinate with the EDN team, the development agency, and service providers, and lead the migration and archive plan. Responsibilities include:
