Tanzquartier Wien (Austria)

Tanzquartier Wien will host an interdisciplinary art festival Tashweesh, bringing together feminist movements, creating a platform for artistic practices and research concerning intersectional feminism in Europe, South West Asia and North Africa. The festival will take place from 7–15 October 2022. More information here

K3 Zentrum für Choreographie

K3 Zentrum für Choreographie invites international dance field professionals to attend Zoom series on best touring models, organized in framework of the transnational network Dance for Young Audience - explore dance (7 Oct - 2 Dec 2022). Amongst participating institutions which will report on touring models, EDN members Mercat de les Flors, Danshallerne, The Place and Le Gymnase CDCN will present country-specific themes and ideas. Dansens Hus (Sweden)

Dansens Hus introduces their new format Movers Signum, with live streams from their new stage Elverket. First live stream is scheduled for 18 October 2022. More information here.  

Station Service for Contemporary Dance (Serbia)

Station Service for Contemporary Dance organises 15th edition of the Kondenz - Festival of Contemporary Dance and Performance which will take place from 23-30 2022 October in Belgrade. More information here.

Pavillon ADC (Switzerland)

Pavillon ADC will host a choreographic platform Emergentia with three proposals at the Pavillon ADC between 1-12 November 2022. More information here.

KLAP Maison de la danse (France)

KLAP announces two main events Question de danse Festival and En compagnie de Bagouet. Both events will take place between 7 October - 9 December 2022. More information here

Tanssin talo (Finland)

Tanssin talo announces the first premieres in the project SPARKS, which gives Finnish dance artists the opportunity to develop their own work and create new productions for the big stages. More information here.

Dansateliers (The Netherlands)

The application committee has unanimously confirmed Lisa Reinheimer as the new director of Dansateliers. Lisa Reinheimer, who is currently artistic coordinator at EDN member DansBrabant in Tilburg, will take the baton on 14 November 2022, 2022. More information here.

DansBrabant (The Netherlands)

Nienke Rooijakkers will succeed Lisa Reinheimer as artistic leader of DansBrabant as of 1 November 2022. More information about Nienke Rooijakkers and her professional background can be found on DansBrabant’s news section here.

Oriente Occidente (Italy)

Oriente Occidente presents the aftermovie of the 42nd edition of their festival, which took place from 3 to 10 September with more than 9,000 visitors. More information and video here.

Duncan Dance Research Centre (Greece)

The Duncan Dance Research Centre's Community Garden hosted the project Inter-esse, developed by choreographer Mariela Nestora in collaboration with dance artists Vitoria Kotsalou and Yiannis Tsigkris. This open-ended project invites people from all over the world to participate. More information here.
